When Thompson Hine leased an additional floor above their present offices, the old and new spaces needed a psychological as well as physical connection. New millwork, finishes and furnishings created a unified feel. After a successful building code appeal, a new stair behind a wood and glass screen wall completed the physical link to the floor above.
