Case Study:
An old factory building was stripped down to its concrete frame, re-skinned, re-roofed and re-equipped with new MEP systems, then prepared inside for new office tenants. The roof was made accessible for tenants to enjoy the view of Sawyer Point Park and the Ohio River.
